Here's a breakdown of what each ingredient does specifically in context of lash extensions application:
Ethoxyethyl 2-cyanoacrylate: Is a type of medical-grade cyanoacrylate adhesive — part of the same chemical family as “super glue” — but specifically formulated for use on skin and sensitive applications, such as eyelash adhesives, medical wound closure, or cosmetic use.
Ethyl Cyanoacrylate: The main adhesive component in lash glue. It rapidly polymerises (hardens) when it contacts moisture (like natural lash humidity), creating a strong bond between the natural lash and the extension. Provides quick drying and strong hold.
PMMA (Polymethyl Methacrylate): A strengthening agent added to the glue formula. It reinforces the bond, making the adhesive more durable, flexible, and resistant to cracking over time.
Carbon Black: A pigment added to give the lash adhesive its deep black color, making the lash line look darker and fuller. (Note: Clear or sensitive adhesives often omit this ingredient to reduce allergy risks.)

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return or exchange process as easy and stress-free as possible. Returns:
Eligibility: We accept returns within two weeks of the delivery date for unopened and unused lash products. The product must be in their original packaging and condition. Please note that opened or used lash sets are not eligible for return.
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@royalash.ie within two weeks of delivery. We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your product. (An RMA number is a unique identifier required for processing your return.) Returns without an RMA number will not be processed.
Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges:
Eligibility: We accept exchanges within two weeks of the delivery date for unopened and unused products. The products must be in their original packaging and condition. Please note that opened or used products are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping costs for the replacement lashes will be covered by ROYALASH PRO for exchanges within the same price range. For exchanges to a higher value, you will be responsible for the difference in price.
Exceptions:
Items that are damaged due to misuse or negligence are not eligible for return or exchange. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping Policy
At ROYALASH PRO, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. We ship worldwide from our base in Cork, Ireland. We offer several shipping options to suit your needs and budget.
Shipping Methods:
Standard Shipping (Ireland & International): We offer standard shipping within Ireland and internationally. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. This option includes tracking.
Express Shipping (Ireland Only): For faster delivery within Ireland, you can choose our express shipping option. The cost will be calculated at checkout. This option includes tracking.
Click & Collect (Cork, Ireland Only): For customers in Cork, Ireland, you can choose to pick up your order directly from our shop. Select "Click & Collect" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
Packaging:
We carefully package all orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Your lashes will be securely packaged to protect them during transit. Fragile items will receive extra protection.
Shipping Costs:
Ireland: Shipping costs for standard and express shipping within Ireland will be calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.
International: Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination country. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be levied by your country's customs authorities upon arrival. We are not responsible for these charges.
Shipping Times:
Ireland (Standard): 2-5 business days
Ireland (Express): Next business day
International: 5-14 business days. This timeframe is an estimate and can vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Order Tracking:
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that tracking is not available for free shipping orders.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@royalash.ie with your order number and tracking information (if available). We will do our best to resolve the issue. For orders shipped with free shipping (without tracking), we are unfortunately unable to provide assistance if the package is lost or damaged.
