Water: Main solvent. It dissolves and carries the active ingredients into the lashes.
Ammonium Thioglycolate: The primarily active ingredient that breaks the dislfide bonds in the keratin of the lashes, allowing them to be reshaped (curled or lifted).
Cetyl Alcohol: A fatty alcohol that acts as an emollient and stabiliser, helping to soften lashes and improve the texture of the lifting solution.
Octadecanol: A fatty alcohol (similar to cetyl alcohol), it conditions and smooths lashes while also acting as a thickening agent to make formula easier to apply.
Hexadecytrimethylammonium Chloride: A conditioning agent that helps to smooth the hair cuticle, making lashes softer and less prone to damage during the chemical processing.
2-Ethylhexyl Pamitate: A sin and lash conditioning agent that gives a silky feel, reducing irritation and helping lashes stay hydrated.

Returns:
Eligibility: We accept returns within two weeks of the delivery date for unopened and unused lash sets. The lashes must be in their original packaging and condition. Please note that opened or used lash sets are not eligible for return.
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@royalash.ie within two weeks of delivery. We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your product. (An RMA number is a unique identifier required for processing your return.) Returns without an RMA number will not be processed.
Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned lash set, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges:
Eligibility: We accept exchanges within two weeks of the delivery date for unopened and unused lash sets. The lashes must be in their original packaging and condition. Please note that opened or used lash sets are not eligible for exchange.

Items that are damaged due to misuse or negligence are not eligible for return or exchange. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping Methods:
Standard Shipping (Ireland & International): We offer standard shipping within Ireland and internationally. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. This option includes tracking.
Express Shipping (Ireland Only): For faster delivery within Ireland, you can choose our express shipping option. The cost will be calculated at checkout. This option includes tracking.
Click & Collect (Cork, Ireland Only): For customers in Cork, Ireland, you can choose to pick up your order directly from our shop. Select "Click & Collect" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
Free Shipping (Small Orders, Ireland Only): Free shipping is available on orders under [Specify Amount] within Ireland. Please note that this option does not include tracking and does not guarantee delivery. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods shipped via this method.
Packaging:
We carefully package all orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Your lashes will be securely packaged to protect them during transit. Fragile items will receive extra protection.
Shipping Costs:
Ireland: Shipping costs for standard and express shipping within Ireland will be calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.
International: Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination country. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be levied by your country's customs authorities upon arrival. We are not responsible for these charges.

Ireland (Express): Next business day
International: 5-14 business days. This timeframe is an estimate and can vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Order Tracking:

Lost or Damaged Packages:
