Returns:

Eligibility: We accept returns within two weeks of the delivery date for unopened and unused lash sets. The lashes must be in their original packaging and condition. Please note that opened or used lash sets are not eligible for return.

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@royalash.ie within two weeks of delivery. We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your product. (An RMA number is a unique identifier required for processing your return.) Returns without an RMA number will not be processed.

Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned lash set, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges:

Eligibility: We accept exchanges within two weeks of the delivery date for unopened and unused lash sets. The lashes must be in their original packaging and condition. Please note that opened or used lash sets are not eligible for exchange.

Initiating an Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@royalash.ie within two weeks of delivery. We'll provide you with an RMA number and instructions on how to return your product and specify the replacement lashes you would like.

Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Shipping costs for the replacement lashes will be covered by ROYALASH PRO for exchanges within the same price range. For exchanges to a higher value, you will be responsible for the difference in price.

Exceptions:

Items that are damaged due to misuse or negligence are not eligible for return or exchange. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

At ROYALASH PRO, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. We ship worldwide from our base in Cork, Ireland. We offer several shipping options to suit your needs and budget.

Shipping Methods:

Standard Shipping (Ireland & International): We offer standard shipping within Ireland and internationally. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. This option includes tracking.

Express Shipping (Ireland Only): For faster delivery within Ireland, you can choose our express shipping option. The cost will be calculated at checkout. This option includes tracking.

Click & Collect (Cork, Ireland Only): For customers in Cork, Ireland, you can choose to pick up your order directly from our shop. Select "Click & Collect" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

Free Shipping (Small Orders, Ireland Only): Free shipping is available on orders under [Specify Amount] within Ireland. Please note that this option does not include tracking and does not guarantee delivery. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods shipped via this method.

Packaging:

We carefully package all orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Your lashes will be securely packaged to protect them during transit. Fragile items will receive extra protection.

Shipping Costs:

Ireland: Shipping costs for standard and express shipping within Ireland will be calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.

International: Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination country. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be levied by your country's customs authorities upon arrival. We are not responsible for these charges.

Shipping Times:

Ireland (Standard):  2-5 business days

Ireland (Express):  Next business day

International: 5-14 business days. This timeframe is an estimate and can vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Order Tracking:

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that tracking is not available for free shipping orders.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@royalash.ie with your order number and tracking information (if available). We will do our best to resolve the issue. For orders shipped with free shipping (without tracking), we are unfortunately unable to provide assistance if the package is lost or damaged.
